「PREMIUM XO醬」喺香港處處見到。還記得女兒小時候收到一份由好朋友親自製作了一樽「自家製XO醬」，女兒食得津津有味。從此愛上了「XO醬」。
回到加拿大之後，身為媽媽的當然也要製作出好味嘅XO醬給女兒。
 
The XO sauce was and still is in every corner of Hong Kong. No matter in restaurants, fancy dining places or street food, you will still see the famous XO sauce. I still remember when my daughter was still little, and she got a gift from a good friend of mine, and that gift was a jar of homemade XO Sauce, my daughter tasted the sauce like it's the best thing she had, and since then, she loves that sauce so much that she begs me to make it.
After retuning to Canada, as a mother and after hearing the request made by my daughter, I obviously need to make it and I also added a bit of my own style, and that is the [Taste of another generation passed down to another generation].
 
Taste of HOME. Serve with anything, this tasty XO Sauce can bring a crazy pitch of umami & heat. Stir fry meats with vegetables, fried noodles, fried rices or any kinds of noodle soup. Or any creation. Cooking with no boundary! Enjoy.
